Club meetings are held the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM 

  • Promote better sportsmanship and safety in the community  
  •  Offer opportunities for members and their families to engage in various shooting and fishing activities, such as target shooting, clay pigeon shooting, and fishing in our two ponds
  • Cooperate with State and Federal

If you are interested in joining the Middleburgh Rod and Gun Club, you must have a sponsor  who is an existing club member in good standing with the club. Please do not submit applications without first obtaining a sponsor.  If you do not know a member to sponsor you please email mrgclubny@gmail.com

  • Please note that there is a required $30 application fee. If you would like to purchase a key card, there is a non-refundable $20 charge.
  • Applications sent by mail should include a check for the $30 application fee and the first years dues $65.
  • The application fee must be received prior to the application being read into the meeting minutes.  A background check and interview will be conducted. Then at the following meeting, a vote will be taken to be voted into membership.
  • Any new applicant for membership must attend the meeting at which they are being voted in. 
  • You MUST have a member in good standings sponsor you for membership.
  • All new applicants must be at least 18 years of age
